FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR- This position is an integral part of the services our company offers to its guests and homeowners. It requires a person with specific skills and abilities, including excellent customer service by listening, interpreting, and communicating verbally and in writing. Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy. Basic knowledge and understanding of home repair in order to assist guests and homeowners with maintenance issues. Multi-tasking within multiple software applications and some previous experience with property management software is a plus. Weekends are a requirement for this position. We offer a benefits package that includes cost-share health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K savings plan.


FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SEASONAL RUNNER - The Runner position will assist in the housekeeping/maintenance needs of all properties. Job will consist of a wide variety of tasks that will help to support the guest operations team. A runner will be called upon to deliver items, conduct essential property inspections, and perform routine light maintenance duties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work Saturday-Monday. 

SEASONAL COTTAGE INSPECTORS - We are hiring cottage inspectors for June thru October. Inspectors are required to ensure furnishings and households are in order for arrivals. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. The skill set should include the ability to walk flights of stairs and report findings to the office. We offer a competitive wage. Candidate must work Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.

FULL-TIME VACATION SPECIALIST- Skill set should include the ability to multitask. Computer and customer service knowledge and skills are a must. Tasks include answering phone calls, emailing guests, and having personal, face-to-face interactions with guests and owners. Candidate must be willing to work WEEKENDS. FULL-TIME MARKETING MANAGER - As the Marketing Manager for Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates, you will be responsible for our brand presence and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with management and third-party entities involved in the support and advertising of our company. This role requires a multi-tasker with a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and effective collaboration with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

· Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans, working closely with internal departments and external partners.

· Drive brand awareness and positioning in the Vacation Rental industry.

Brand Management:

· Safeguard and enhance the company's brand through consistent messaging.

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with external partners.

Collaboration with Local Agencies:

· Meet with sales representatives for the execution of marketing initiatives for articles, ads, and marketing initiatives.

· Foster strong partnerships to achieve shared marketing goals.

Digital Marketing:

· Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as social media, content marketing, and online advertising.

· Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI in coordination with external partners

· Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content.

· Ensure consistency in messaging across various communication channels, coordinating efforts with external partners.

Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team.

· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

· Experience in marketing with a focus on brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing trends.

· Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

· Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing campaigns.
