There are two seperate living areas that provide ample space to relax, a large master suite, well equipped kitchen, and spacious patio with furniture that will be the focal point for friends to gather after spending the day on the beach or out visiting local attractions. The living area is all on one level with only one step up to enter, so it is suitable for guests of all ages. Affordably priced & very close to the beach (75 Ft. to Second Street beach access), this home is convenient to area attractions, dining, & shopping. Spacious & very well equipped to ensure an enjoyable stay on the Outer Banks.

Perfect lil home for a family or in our case 2 single moms with children. Clean, great location, nice front patio, interesting layout where the home has been added on to but nice to have the master separate from the other 2 bedrooms. Was perfect for keeping my lil one in a porta crib in my room away from the noise from the older 3 children. Everything was in great working condition when we were there in Aug 2014 except the can opener. Not a huge deal, we worked around it & I let them know so I'm sure that'll be replaced. If you plan to cut anything like watermelon I'd bring a sharp knife or a sharpener if you have one. There are knives but as expected they've been used by many others & aren't the sharpest. Overall it's a wonderful, affordable home with quick, easy access to the beach & we'd gladly stay there again.

Lovely, comfortable home with lots of living space to spread out. Great location with easy beach access. Being on one level makes loading & unloading easier than many other places we've stayed. Feels like staying in your own home. Having 2 driveways was nice also- no need to juggle cars.

Peel's Perch worked really well, since we had a two year old along. We did miss being able to view the ocean, but, "you can't have your cake and eat it too!!" We did a lot of cooking in and missed having a good bread pan for biscuits, etc. that didn't stick. The kitchen was small, but, not a big issue. The house was very well equipped.
