Well-stocked kitchen, lots of night lights and outdoor lighting for safety at night, lots of extras that some owners don't think of providing (like step stools so kids can reach the sinks, flashlights, umbrella, pool floats, plenty of hangers in the closets and wall hooks or door hooks in all bedrooms)

This is one of the best-equipped houses we've ever rented in the OBX. The homeowner really focused on amenities for family renters. They had more than enough dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, mugs, etc. They had games, boogie boards, beach chairs, binoculars, extra pillows, etc. The grill was a nice Weber grill on the same floor as the kitchen which was super convenient for making dinners. They had two microwaves and two ovens. We hope to come back to this house sometime in the future.

A must-stay if you have at least two families coming! Beachfront access with a pool, a kitchen to feed your loved ones, an elevator with handicap access, and enough rooms to accommodate everyone makes this a must-rent for your vacation.

The kitchen is well equipped with silverware pots and pans and plates. Very nice location on the beach. Very quite and the beach is not crowded. The inside of the cottage is very nice.

This is a wonderful beach rental with many extra amenities. Perfect for large family or group. Beautiful views, and nice area. Very well equipped kitchen & large seating area. Added bonuses pet friendly, pool, hot tub, pool table, extra beach chairs, toys & coolers.& the elevator was a big help. Loved this rental
