Beautiful beachfront house with private hot tub with a beach view! Large enough to accommodate 4 couples easily and still have your privacy. There is even room left for a couple children or grandchildren with your family pet. The house is conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores.

This bright, recently updated home is perfect for large or extended family! Every bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view with deck space galore! Four bathrooms with outdoor shower as well, means no fighting over the bathrooms! Large beach space with an easy access walkway, and a hot tub right on the ocean makes this home a dream vacation location.

Great location. Love the 2 decks and hot tub over looking the ocean. Great ocean front bedrooms with attached bathrooms for each room. You can't beat the views and access to the beach.

This is a beautiful vacation rental. It is spacious, and light radiates throughout the house. Even on rainy days, the many windows and white walls keep the place light. Being able to watch the sunrise from the deck was the highlight of our week. There is easy beach access and you're a hop, skip, and jump away from putting your toes in the sand. Should God provide us with the opportunity, we will definitely stay here in the future.

The location of Pelican Perch is excellent. The views are the kind that will create lifetime memories. The main living area is spacious and bright with many windows to take in the views. The new flooring gives the house a fresh look. The smart TV was great to have though we barely used it. We love the location of the hot tub. It was very easy to get in and out of.  This is a great home for a family vacation. We would gladly stay again if we have enough people joining us.

Beautiful Home in the perfect location! Can't get any closer to the beach and also able to set up a volleyball net. The jacuzzi was a huge hit!!! Having it open instead of under a porch was definitely COOL!!!! Newly renovated and New Mattress to boot!!! Hats off to Joe Lamb Jr and the owner of this wonderful house! Thank you for opening your home to all of my family, including our 4 legged girl Chelsea.
