Partial Week Stays have a 3 night minimum and a 4 night maximum - 5 nights or more can be rented at the weekly rate.

Some of our homes can be rented for less than a full week. Such reservations are referred to as Partial Week Stays and are accepted in advance of arrival for the time period starting January 1 through the first week of May, and resume the week following Columbus Day through December 31 excluding Holiday Weeks (for example: Good Friday, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's). Otherwise they will be accepted no sooner than the Monday prior to the reservation date. Partial Week Stays are not accepted from the third full week of June until the third full week of August.

While we come to the Outer Banks every year, if not more than once a year, this was our first time coming to the Outer Banks for Thanksgiving, and our first time using Joe Lamb. Joe Lamb was one of the best, most attentive companies that we've ever used. Everyone had such a great attitude, when it could have been easy to be stressed out around the holidays.  N.W.   August 2017 ..... I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to your management for being honest about the beach nourishment project. I distinctly remember learning about this project from your website in early summer of 2016. The project was clearly marked and not "hidden" under several sub-categories on your website. This gave me several months to research and determine whether we should reserve a home for the summer of 2017. We did, in fact, decide to continue with our plans and booked a house for this summer. I am very appreciative of how forward your company has been with the news of this project. I have observed that most (and possibly all other) OBX rental companies have not chosen to be honest until the news became widespread. I'm hopeful that we will have an uninterrupted vacation when we arrive, but even if we are a bit inconvenienced, I know that it won't change our view of your company. Thank you.
