Dare County Arts Council Outer Banks, NC

Situated on the pristine Outer Banks, the Dare County Arts Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the arts on the OBX through their educational programs, promotions, encouragement and providing an opportunity. The Dare County Arts Council believes the Arts are an essential part of the Outer Banks. For almost 40 years, thousands of people from all walks of life and ages partake in DCAC sponsored events and programs.
