FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – This position is an integral part of the services our company offers to guests and homeowners. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues, and supporting team coordination to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen, interpret needs, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with guests, homeowners, and team members. Excellent organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of home repair is required to assist in troubleshooting and guiding maintenance solutions. The Maintenance Supervisor will work across multiple software platforms, and prior experience with property management software is a plus. Weekend availability is required for this position.

MARKETING MANAGER - Currently seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to be responsible for our brand presence and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with management and third-party entities involved in the support and advertising of our company. This role requires a multi-tasker with a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, digital marketing, team leadership, and effective collaboration with external partners. Promoting the company's real estate services and vacation properties in the Outer Banks, NC from Duck to South Nags Head is a top priority for this critical role. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of real estate, travel, and hospitality marketing trends. Supervision of the marketing department and monthly department meetings to discuss market trends, photos, floorplans, email campaigns, budgets, and social media postings will be coordinated by the marketing manager. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and/or experience is preferred. Some experience in managing a team or staff is necessary. PART-TIME SEASONAL RUNNER - The Runner position will assist in the housekeeping/maintenance needs of all properties. The job will consist of a wide variety of tasks that will help to support the guest operations team. A runner will be called upon to deliver items, conduct essential property inspections, and perform routine light maintenance duties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work Saturday-Monday.
