Full Time Position

Guest Services Manager

Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join our vacation rental team.
This position plays an important role in the services we provide to both our vacation rental guests and homeowners. The Guest Services Manager works closely with guests before and during their stay while also assisting homeowners with questions, concerns, and issues related to their property.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities May Include:
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests before and during their stay.
• Assist in resolving guest issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding questions, concerns, maintenance issues, and services related to their property.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to address property and guest needs.
• Help troubleshoot maintenance issues and communicate appropriate information to guests, homeowners, and service personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company software systems.
• Work with multiple computer applications and property management software throughout the day.
• Handle a variety of situations while maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Assist with other guest and homeowner service responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active NC Real Estate Broker's License is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to listen, interpret concerns, and communicate effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm when handling challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of home maintenance and repair is helpful.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer programs and software applications.
• Previous experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is required.

This position requires weekend availability and may include holiday hours. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes cost-share health insurance (30 day waiting period), paid vacation/sick leave, holiday pay and a 3% company match SIMPLE IRA Retirement plan is available. 


Full Time Position

VACATION sPEcIALIST

We are hiring immediately for this position and hands-on training is provided. Skill set should include the ability to multi-task and greet customers warmly and professionally. Computer and customer service knowledge and skills are a must. Tasks include answering phone calls, emailing guests, responding to inquiries via multiple platforms and having personal, face-to-face interactions with guests and owners. Candidate must be willing to work WEEKENDS. Part-Time Seasonal Position

Part-Time Seasonal Runner

The Runner position will assist in the housekeeping/maintenance needs of all properties. The job will consist of a wide variety of tasks that will help to support the guest operations team. A runner will be called upon to deliver items, conduct essential property inspections, and perform routine light maintenance duties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work Saturday-Monday.

2026 Seasonal Cottage Inspectors

2026 SEASONAL COTTAGE INSPECTORS: We are hiring cottage inspectors from June through October. Inspectors must ensure that furnishings and households are in order for arrivals. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. The skill set should include the ability to walk up flights of stairs and report findings to the office. We offer a competitive wage. Candidates must work Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
