FULL-TIME/PART-TIME CLEANING COORDINATOR - We are looking for a cleaning coordinator to work directly with housekeeping providers to ensure standards of cleanliness and sanitation for vacation rental homes. Experience in overseeing housekeeping staff or coordinating crews that clean hotels/vacation rental homes or a similar role are preferred but not required. Good organizational and communication skills are a must as well as the ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy. Computer skills are required and previous experience with property management software is also a plus. This position involves answering phones, emailing guests and homeowners, and interacting with vendors, guests, and homeowners. Must be willing to work weekends and be flexible to overtime hours if requested.
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SEASONAL RUNNER - The Runner position will assist in the housekeeping/maintenance needs of all properties. Job will consist of a wide variety of tasks that will help to support the guest operations team. A runner will be called upon to deliver items, conduct essential property inspections, and perform routine light maintenance duties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work Saturday-Monday.
FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR-This position is an integral part of the services our company offers to both its guests and homeowners. It requires a person with specific skills and abilities that include excellent customer service by listening, interpreting, and communicating both verbally and in writing. Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy. Basic knowledge and understanding of home repair in order to assist guests and homeowners with maintenance issues. Multi-tasking within multiple software applications and some previous experience with property management software is a plus. Weekends are a requirement for this position. SEASONAL COTTAGE INSPECTORS - We are hiring cottage inspectors for June thru October. Inspectors are required to ensure furnishings and households are in order for arrivals. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. The skill set should include the ability to walk flights of stairs and report findings to the office. We offer a competitive wage. Candidate must work Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.
FULL-TIME VACATION SPECIALIST- Skill set should include the ability to multitask. Computer and customer service knowledge and skills are a must. Tasks include answering phone calls, emailing guests, and having personal, face-to-face interactions with guests and owners. Candidate must be willing to work WEEKENDS.
