The exterior features traditional Outer Banks Architecture with over 750 square feet of covered and screened porches, private walkway to the beach, and over 400 square feet of dune and oceanfront decking.
This home was constructed in 1962 and completely restored in 2013 with new floors, plumbing, windows, appliances, countertops, bathroom, electrical, Central Heat and Air, and an Oversized Outdoor Shower was added. In 2018, the Large Screen Porch and Den w/TV were added. The screened porch is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, watch TV, or spend time with family and friends.
