The house is located on a quiet road with plenty of trees and privacy, great for walking and biking. The views couldn't be beaten! We enjoyed waking up to a view of the sound and having coffee on the deck. We loved that even while in the pool, the Sound and palm trees still made you feel like you were at your own private beach. We absolutely loved the house!

House and furnishings are wonderful; view cannot be beat; VERY nice to have a good selection of pots and pans, utensils, etc. IF I needed a house with an elevator, I would ask for this one. If I know someone who needs/wants a house with an elevator, I WILL recommend this one.
