Wonderful home. Clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool was cold (off season) but kids still went in. Hot tub was great. Beds were wonderful. Walked to Art's Place for breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful experience at Breakers. The views of the ocean from top deck were great. We loved being able to bring our dog on vacation as well! Art's place behind the house plays music nightly while we were there 7-10, we didn't mind this and enjoyed listening from deck (however you can hear some while inside home, but they promptly stop at 10pm).
