Great house in great location. Short walk to the beach. Quick drive to fishing boats, restaurants, supermarket.
We had a big family reunion with kids - no bedroom or bathroom issues. Plenty of parking.

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family. We had a great time! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of utensils and cook ware. The house was very clean. lots of books and games; plenty of tv's. short walk to the beach. beautiful sunsets! we wanted to stay longer and definitely plan to return. we were sent a code for keyless entry which was so convenient. We never met any of the Joe Lamb personnel but everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. no maintenance issues in the house during our stay. plenty of parking. Owl's Perch was a well equipped and family friendly house. Fit our needs to a \T\" with 2 exceptions. Parking was an issue for a large group but we managed to jockey around and make do. Lovely, comfortable home. Swimming pool is delightful and the view of Hatteras National parkland at the back of the house is amazing! You can see Bodie Island lighthouse from the love seat in the living room. This home has the feel of a very peaceful sanctuary.
