Very nicely appointed bedrooms and kitchen, including many appliances I wasn't expecting - toaster oven (in addition to standard toaster) and keurig. Very dog friendly with fenced in pool area that had some stone area for the dogs to relax off the hot concrete and completely safe access from back door so dogs couldn't escape. The house was spotless and very well maintained. We loved the trees in front made us feel like we had some privacy. The location to the pier was great because it was easy to access without having to drive anywhere. Being able to have our dogs stay was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings we're great. I will just say, that house #178, Pete's Retreat was one of the best kept houses we have ever stayed at. The house was clean and inviting, and you could tell that the owners took pride in their home. Loved the location and how close it was to everything. Also loved how the trees along the driveway had not been destroyed in building this house. They shaded us and gave us some privacy. We will definitely rent this house again.

The house was fantastic. It had all the space we needed to accommodate 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware. The mattresses on all the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice and helped make the vacation even better. The laundry room was very nice. We really enjoyed all the decks on the house.
