At JLJ, we run a preventive maintenance program, offer quick response times, and conduct post-tenancy dual-purpose inspections. Our website is interactive, user-friendly, and positioned at the top of all major search engines. Each property has its own individual web page, consisting of interior and exterior photos, floor plans, an in-depth property description, amenities, rental rates, and guest reviews. Our advanced reservation system is integrated to ensure accurate availability with calendars and rates updated in real time. Guests can make online bookings and inquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Owners can also access private portals to monitor reservations, documents, and accounting information.

Guest Communication

Our communication with your guests is professional and high quality. We regularly communicate with guests from the time they book your property until after they depart. Arrival information is provided via email and access to a private Guest Portal that includes important details related to your property and links to procedures and policies. We send your guests an arrival text to welcome them to your property and provide every guest with a JLJ branded gift.

Our phones are answered after hours by a professional service with a live operator who can walk guests through maintenance or housekeeping concerns based on JLJ policy. We also contact guests two days after checkout to encourage them to provide feedback and remind them to book your home again for next season.
