Partial Week Rental Information

Getting away for a week-long vacation isn't always possible.  Sometimes you just need a recharge.  Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates can help with that!  We offer partial week rentals in a variety of select properties.  There are specific guidelines for these flex-stay vacation rentals.  If you are looking for an escape for a few days, we can accommodate you.  Pack your bags and we'll see you at the beach !  If you have questions please reach out to us and we will happily assist you. 

Some of our homes can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights and any rental period of 5 or 6 nights will be considered a full-week rental to determine the rental rate. Such reservations are referred to as Partial Week Rentals and are accepted in advance of arrival for the period starting January 1 through the last full week in April and resume the first full week following Columbus Day through December 31 excluding Holiday Weeks (for example: Good Friday, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s). During this time arrival /departure days are flexible.

Keep in mind when making your request that the following policies apply.

• There is a three (3) night minimum on all stays.   

• Rates, amenities, and available weeks are subject to change.

• All reservations require a signed rental agreement.

• Your advance rent payment will be due within 24 hours for reservations that are less than 45 days in advance.tays. 

• Some properties have extended dates for partial stays.
