Very well equipped and ideal for the family beach vacation, the oceanside location provides a relaxing atmosphere and easy access to the Beach (300 Yds to Beach Access w/No Streets to Cross). The Community Swimming Pool & Tennis/Pickleball courts.are features all will enjoy. Lots of extras and attention to detail ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Convenient to shopping, dining, and all the activities the Village of Duck provides. Duck has a paved path that is great for walking, running, and biking. Be sure to take a stroll to the sound front dock across the street to catch a sunset or some blue crabs!

Our family of 6 stayed at the Carolina Moon. It was absolutely perfect. Tons of kitchen supplies, comfortable bedding, and plenty of room to stretch out. The price was so good we had enough left in budget for a golf cart. Super easy access to the beach and sound side access to a dock for crabbing\fishing. Sunsets from the dock on the sound are absolutely breathtaking. One of the best trips of my life and I plan on returning.

Where to begin! Carolina Moon was the perfect spot for our family and our family friends to spend the week. The house was well kept and clean. It was incredibly well stoked! This is a really silly example but my husband always brings along a knife sharpener because normally rentals knives are duller than dull. The knives in the house were incredibly sharp and my husband now wants a set like it. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all sorts of appliances. The layout of the house was perfect and enabled everyone to hang out without feeling smothered. This property was a short walk from the beach and close to the community pool. It was a great setup! Everything in the house is well labeled. It was clean, fairly updated, spacious and the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was about 1 mile from the town of Duck which has many restaurants, shops, and a great walking path/boardwalk along the sound. We would definitely return to this area and stay with Joe Lamb Jr again! Thanks for offering such wonderful rental properties!

This home is great! Has everything you need in kitchen and for the beach. Very clean, loved the screened in porch. Was a little further walk to the beach than we usually do, but the quiet court the house is on with all the trees was perfect. Our boys got a ton of use out of the basketball hoop.

Our favorite part of Carolina Moon was the wrap around decks. They are the main reason we chose Carolina Moon. We were traveling with a toddler, so the toys and play equipment thrilled our grandchild. The yellow truck helped him overcome his fears of the loud beach waves, since this was his first visit to a beach. Another favorite part of the home was the very well-stocked kitchen. The counter space was wonderful.
