The Dean was perfect for my family of 5 and had enough room for another family that came down for a few days. Location was ideal if looking to stay in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. The walk to beach access was not bad whatsoever. The home was clean and as advertised. Would definitely recommend The Dean to anyone looking to stay at the OBX for a reasonable price. Cheers!

The beach house is spacious and location is great. It is close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the deck and crow's nest.

The Dean is a wonderful home close to the beach (a 5 minute walk) to spend with a larger group. The rooms are spacious, the downstairs rooms all have their own access points, terrific showers and a well stocked kitchen. We loved gathering together in the living room and on the deck. It was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Not too far from the beach access - good exercise getting to and from the beach every day! Good kitchen/prep space. Ample bedrooms with enough space to move around-store clothing-get away from everyone. Observation deck has great views. Home felt spacious even with 10 people present at times. :)

We love this cottage! It is fresh, clean and well equipped. The outside shower was a hit and the deck chairs very comfortable! Hope to stay there next summer.
