Thoughtfully designed to accommodate wheelchairs & those w/mobility concerns, this One-Story house is elevated on pilings w/parking underneath, & does have a Ramp, & Private Suite w/Roll-in-Shower, plus wide hallways for easier accessibility.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 cars, Handicap Ramp, Laundry Area, Private Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Picnic Table, Outdoor Shower (Handicap Accessible), & Storage Closet.

Main Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, TV, 4 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/Queen, TV, Full Bath w/Roll-in Shower, Wide Doors; Private Suite w/Queen, TV, Full Bath; 1 w/Duo Bunk, TV; 1 w/Queen, TV), Full Hall Bath, Front Sun Deck w/Furniture, & Back Sun Deck w/Furniture Overlooking Pool.

Features include: C/AC & Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, Wireless Internet, 5 TVS, & 3 Ceiling Fans. No Pets Allowed. This is a Non-Smoking Unit.

Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

GREAT place to stay. Well maintained and We enjoyed staying at Beach Ya To It.
We had our Special needs nephew with us and with the weather not so great we took him down to the hugh carport area for him to wheel around while being out doors. The adults were able to utilize the picnic table for eating and playing games while he enjoyed moving around.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this home away from home! The pool and kiddie pool were great and we fell in love with the table/chairs set out there! My dream is to own a home at OBX and your home gave me a chance to pretend that I did LOL"

The house was amazing! My favorite so far. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my family. I think I have talked my hubs into putting a pool like this one at our house LOL. The keyless was also a favorite. It was so nice not having to keep up with keys. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

It was clean & refreshing. The outdoor furniture was plentiful & comfortable, especially the table & chairs. The location was great, quiet neighbors- great for families. You can walk to the beach. If you can't walk, a public beach access is close by with plenty of no-fee parking spaces & a portable BR if needed. Weather was great!- All in all it was a fabulous week staying at the Beach Ya To It!
