If you rent during cold months be aware we found out impossible to heat the top floor. We spent the week in jackets and blankets.

The house itself was great. The layout was ideal for a mixed group (and a family with teenagers). The location was ideal. Several things are within walking distance, including the beach. The furniture and decor were great. We had a great time at this house.

Dad's Place is a beautiful property & only a short walk to beach access. The private pool was a welcome treat with the summer heat & not always wanting to be at the beach. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the pool table as well. We've stayed in this house twice & will most likely rent it again in the future.
