PROS:I found the home to be comfortable and a great location close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. The elevator was a plus, however, please note that the elevator automatically returns to the 2nd floor after exiting ground level or level 3. Just press the call button to bring the elevator to your current floor. CONS: The seating in the living room needs updating, couches are worn and not comfortable, some chairs are too low to the ground. The newer recliner chair was an exception and the best seat in the room. In addition, the mattress in the master bedroom could also use an upgrade, not very comfortable. My biggest disappointment was the beach and some of the ocean views from all decks was obstructed by the high dunes and sea oats, even though the house is ocean front. In addition, it was difficult to get over the dune to the beach due to the height of the dune, especially if you had to carry chairs, cooler, etc. Seniors would struggle. This is the main reason I would not rent the house again.

This house comfortably fit our group of 7. The house feels very private although there are neighbors on both sides. The house has everything you would need and even things that we didn't know we would need. Direct access to the beach was amazing. The house is well furnished but comfortable. It gave you the feeling you were home.

Great property for a larger group as it has 6 rooms and allows people to easily divide up over 2 floors. The middle floor has a door to the hallway of the bedrooms as well allowing for some additional privacy.

Bali Hai is an ideal blend of the elegance of an original cottage with modern amenities. The master suite was absolutely perfect for my mother, who uses a walker. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast. The family room has plenty of seating when everyone wants to be together, and the decks and porches have tons of private nooks for reading and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable - everyone slept great. We highly recommend Bali Hai and can't wait to return!
