Not very accessible to the beach. We are active and mobile, but required a stepladder to maneuver across. Well equipped and otherwise really good for a smaller group.

A little over priced for a very drab, small house with poor beach access. Grill was unusable, we had to fix a chair and a cabinet door that was missing glass. Junk piled on back deck and end of walkway near dunes. Not recommended. We’ve been renting for over 30 years.

All appliances maintained and all work. The dune deck is a great place to be on a very windy day, it blocks the wind nicely. Great Wi-Fi. Hot tub! 2 fridges.
