This cosy cottage is right on the beach. The kitchen has been remodeled, and the owner has installed a new ac/heating system. She has also put in a washer/dryer. We’ve rented Summer Shore since 1994. It keeps getting better. We’ll be back!

This was the third year I rented the property and love the kitchen and the fantastic view of the beach and ocean. the screened-in porch was a plus. The house is very charming and just enough for my purpose. I love it.

Our stay at Summer Shore was a perfect home away from home. It was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was a cooler, chairs, and toys for the beach. The screened-in porch with the porch swing and picnic table was our favorite part of the house. We can't wait to return one day for another vacation!

The location is fabulous. You can't get any closer to the beach. The location with the fabulous oceanfront can't be beaten.
In addition, the reservation, check-in and check-out procedures with Joe Lamb were exceptional.
