This was a very nice house! We loved the whole package… the house, location to the beach, the view was spectacular!

Great location. When considering “walking distance to beach”…it is actually closer than some properties that are considered “ocean front”. There is a Tesla Charger on site. The property was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The hot tub was hot and clean. The pool was clean. There are beach toys for little ones on the first floor.

Location, location, location -- it just couldn't get any better than Oh-Be-Excellent! This house is jut perfectly situated to the beach and to the rest of the Outer Banks. For our family the rooms and the layout worked well and the addition of the pool was exactly what we were looking for. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Love the location of this property, close to great restaurants & shopping. The views are amazing! Even though the house fronts beach road, it looks like you're right on the beach from the Great room area.

This house was perfect. The view from the porch is even better than many ocean front homes, as the (wonderfully covered) porch is up high and there are no dunes to obscure the view. And there are around 8 vacant lots across the street. But the big bonus, the house opens onto a side street with a dedicated cross-walk, with a temporary "roadway" for the lifeguards to access the beach, and this provides a wonderfully flat and easily walkable pathway to the beach for "grandma's" and those with little ones. The five rooms were mostly generously sized (the bund room was a bit tight) and the living area had huge windows so you still have a great view, even when inside. An Excellent property overall!
