Everything about the view and beach access makes this a perfect place to stay.

House is located right on the beach and has the best view. Wonderful great room and back porch. The bedrooms are very small and so is the shower in the one bathroom. This place works for one couple or a small family but it would be tight with more than a few people.

Truly a wonderful location for a small family. Beautiful scenes through the large windows facing the ocean. A beautiful deck, perfect for Happy Hour after a day on the beach, just a short walk away across the dune.

My sister and I vacation in OBX every year and this was our first time staying at Terra Mar. The house is adorable, well decorated with a beach theme, and the deck is the BEST part - gorgeous sunrises, the dolphins swimming by, pelicans flying right overhead and all the other water fowl we always see. It is across the street from Art's Place where we had a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this house!
