Main Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, TV/DVD, 4 Bedrooms (1 Private Suite w/Queen and Full Bath, 2 w/Queens, and 1 w/Double Bunk Set), Full Hall Bath, Laundry Area, Sun Deck w/Furniture, and Screen Porch w/Teak Furniture.

Features include: C/AC and Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, Ceiling Fans, DirecTV, 5 TVs, DVD, and Wireless Internet. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.
Beach Nourishment Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

One of the best rentals I have made in the last 50 years. First place I have rented in a long time that is immaculately clean. Neither inside nor outside furniture is stained. Deck with view of the ocean and screened in porch are a delight. Baths are modern and great tile job. Very comfortable mattress. Love the interesting nautical decorations. Absolutely great rental.

My family loves this house. We frequently host game nights and the dining room kitchen and living room area are perfect for a large group. I am particular about bedding, and the mattresses in this house are very nice.

I really enjoyed the beachhouse. It was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. I slept very well in the bedroom - and appreciated how close to the beach - the house is. House was very clean and well cared for.

We found the property very clean, much cleaner than other vacation rentals we've stayed in at other locations with other companies. The home offered everything we would want in a vacation rental. The proximity to the beach access was perfect, a short 2 block straight shot to beach access.

This house is cute and spacious we had 6 adults with plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. We loved the cooler on the screen in porch, board games and corn hole provided. The pitch is very well stocked.
