Beach Nourishment

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

The location of this house is perfect. Right across the street from the ocean! Nice pool and hot tub! Kitchen is big and had everything we needed for our week. Parking is a bit tricky but we managed! Parking is for two cars only!

Koas Reef is a fabulous house! Lots of room for all guests and a convenient location if you have young kids going to the beach. Pool and hot tub are a great addition as well. We've stayed 2 summers in a row and will be back for our 3rd next year!

The view was spectacular! We enjoyed just sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean.
You could also wake up to the view and sounds of the ocean from some of the bedrooms. The layout of the house is great and very comfortable. It was nice having one bedroom on the top level and the rest on the middle level and very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The access to the beach was very convenient. Anything you needed was also close by (grocery, restaurants, etc.) Would definitely recommend this house.
