Bright, beachy, with plenty of space to relax this home offers the luxury of having your own Private Heated Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally, and plenty of extras to keep your family entertained. The top level features an open floor plan where all can gather to enjoy time together. Enjoy the beach, play a round of golf, take in the sights or just lounge around the pool.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 Cars, Basketball Hoop, Entry to Home, Rec. Room w/Foosball, Large TV, Laundry Area, Access to Covered Area, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Private Heated Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally. (Can Be Heated for $200.00 Per Week, Plus Tax. Please Bear in Mind That Pool Temperature is Subject to Outside Temperatures and Conditions) w/Pool Furniture.

Mid Level: 3 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/King, Full Bath w/Shower; 1 w/Queen, 1 w/2 Singles), Full Hall Bath, and Covered Deck w/Deck Furniture.

Top Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, Large Flat Screen TV, Full Hall Bath, Bedroom w/Queen, TV; Golf Course Views, and Sun Deck w/Deck Furniture and Horizon Ocean Views.

Features include: C/AC - Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 3 TVs, Blu-Ray, Stereo, Netflix, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Wireless Internet, and Deck / Pool Furniture. Two Small Mature Dogs Allowed w/Fees. No Smoking Allowed.

Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

This was our first time renting Jenny's Place and the beach house was truly a delight!!! The upstairs area was so bright, cheery, nicely appointed, comfortable couches, chairs, and lots of kitchen space.
Beds were comfortable, with the rooms welcoming and relaxing!
We totally enjoyed the pool area every day before we went to the beach, great fun for the whole family!! Definitely would return in the future!

If you want seclusion, this is your place. It's a Sunday to Sunday rental and that gives you hours more vacation with so much less traffic than on a Saturday. From the lower two floors, you are surrounded by foliage. From the top deck, you can see the ocean. It's a relaxing enjoyable vacation if that's your thing. The pool gets full day sun. There is a traffic light to get to or across the bypass, there is parking near most of the beach accesses in Kitty Hawk. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition, nobody complained about their beds, there is ample dining and cooking space. The refrigerator is a side-by-side unit that our party of five kept full at all times. The owner accepts dogs but the cleaning crew did a good job of not leaving any evidence. We found no odors, fur, stains, and nothing to trigger my allergies. If you are an OBX vet, it's a late 80's/90's OBX house pretty well maintained and updated.

I usually only rent during family reunion years and it's usually with Jo Lamb Jr, we've never had an issue with them. We rented this year because of Covid and were wary of common use spaces. I would come back to Jenny's Place again, I like the quiet location.

We loved the location, nice & quiet, and we had picture perfect weather, due to rough surf we were unable to jump in the ocean, but no worries, because we had a pool to enjoy. The view from the top deck was wonderful & October is the absolute best time to vacation on the Banks!
