Comfortable and relaxing, this home is perfect for vacationers seeking a quiet, peaceful location that is also convenient to area shops and restaurants. With views of the Atlantic, wrapped around covered porches that capture the Ocean Breeze, and a wide, uncrowded Beach, you are sure to feel refreshed and energized.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 Cars, Basketball Hoop, and Hammock.

Mid Level: Living Area, TV, Dining Area, Seating for Ten (10), Large Kitchen Area, Den Area, New TV, Ocean Views, Laundry Area, Bedroom w/King, Full Bath w/Walk-In Shower, Half Bath, Large Wrap Around Porch w/Deck Furniture, Built-In Seating, 2 Enclosed Outside Showers, and Sand Path to Beach.

Top Level: 4 Bedrooms (1 w/King; 1 w/Queen; 1 w/2 Singles; 1 w/Bunk Set), Ocean Views; Half Bath; and Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower.

Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker, 2 TVs, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, and Deck Furniture. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Loved the great porch with good rocking chairs. Could see the ocean from deck, although limited by sand dunes on both sides. Vegetation growing on dunes is doing wonderful and so nice to see. Closet space was unbelievably great. Kitchen well equipped.
