Mid Level: Living Area, TV, Dining Area, Seating for Ten (10), Large Kitchen Area, Den Area, TV, DVD, Ocean Views, Laundry Area, Bedroom w/King, Full Bath w/Walk-In Shower, Half Bath, Large Wrap Around Porch w/Deck Furniture, Built-In Seating, 2 Enclosed Outside Showers, and Sand Path to Beach.

Top Level: 4 Bedrooms (1 w/King; 1 w/Queen; 1 w/2 Singles; 1 w/Bunk Set), Ocean Views; Half Bath; and Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower.

Beach Nourishment

This property is located in an area that is scheduled to receive beach nourishment beginning in the spring and continuing through the summer of 2026. The purpose of the project is to widen beach areas in the Town of Nags Head.

Loved the great porch with good rocking chairs. Could see the ocean from deck, although limited by sand dunes on both sides. Vegetation growing on dunes is doing wonderful and so nice to see. Closet space was unbelievably great. Kitchen well equipped.
