Definitely worth it! The location is perfect and the house has a lot of good aspects including queen and king beds, private bathrooms, pool and hot tub, and a game room. We are never disappointed staying here!

This is a beautiful house, short walk to the beach, nice open floor plan, lovely views, well supplied kitchen, bathrooms for each bedroom, roomy hot tub, and several markets and restaurants close by.

I would never rent this house again. The description saying it has been renovated is a lie. Other than some pieces of new Home Goods furniture. We had to remove one of the bar stools because it as wobbly enough to break if anyone sat in it. There is a nail sticking up on one of the inside stairs that cut someone’s foot. We have rented from Joe Lamb many times over the years. The last 3 rentals have been a disappointment. This is our last year using Joe Lamb as a realty company.

The property itself is great, but the location is what will definitely make me rebook. Immediately to the left is a wonderful seafood place catering to desires big and small. On the right-hand side is an ice cream shop - Fatboyz that has such excellent ice cream choices that it is constantly busy, but never intrusive. Across the beach road is an excellent market which I think meets all needs.

We loved the house. Probably the best we have stayed. The little things made the difference. 2 working ice makers, 2 fridges, lots of premium movie channels on the many TVs, a gas grill, and beds were super comfy. The pool, pool table, and hot tub were in great shape. WiFi worked well. The furniture was good quality and comfy. I could go on and on... but I'm sure you get the point. The location was great for us, and the neighboring businesses soon became friends. This was probably our 15th stay in OBX and the nicest house out of all!

Great location with a beautiful view of the sound, considering that we're so close to the oceanfront. Beach Access is very close, and we love being next to Fat Boyz! Excellent A/C, refrigerator, and cable TV reception. Great rental to consider in South Nags Head.

Great location. Steps to the beach and ice cream store. Walking distance to a few great restaurants. The home has everything you need. Love all the deck. We had a family of 16 people and did not feel cramped.
