The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a family getaway. Located a short distance from many popular shops and attractions- we had the pleasure of visiting Jolly Rodgers, Wings, the Pirate Shop, Manteo Aquarium, and the Wright Brothers Museum all on the same day before 3 pm! The home has quick access to the beach where our children get to play and watch the sunrise. The town was super quiet this time of year with hardly any traffic and lots of local sales. The home boasts 3 levels with large comfy bedrooms and multiple balconies. This home is an ideal vacation destination where your children can play safely without having to cross any roads, giving you comfort along with peace of mind.

We have stayed at Catch The Wave multiple times. The house is great for large families. The view is amazing on the top floor. The beach is just a short walk without having to cross any major roads. The only thing that was hard was walking over the one small dune. The pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day of adventuring out. We loved that it is walking distance from Booty Treats Ice Cream Shop, Putt Putt Golf, Food Lion, many restaurants, gift shops, and the Dowdy Park playground which is a must if you have little children. We really enjoyed the ocean views from the top floor sitting on the porch swing on the second floor and listening to the waves. The beds are very comfortable. The house has everything that you would need for a great vacation or just relaxing. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful home, clean, updated, easy to get to. We love the abundance of space, plenty of bathrooms, and bedrooms for a large family, even with an in-law unit at ground level. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and grilling area. 2-minute walk from the house to the ocean, without crossing major streets. Plenty of shopping and eating within walking or short driving distance. Beautiful ocean views from the decks. Definitely coming back.

A perfect getaway for our family! Catch The Wave is beautiful, very spacious and clean with a convenient location. Great ocean views from the captain's watch and upstairs decks. From the house it was just a short walk to the beach without having to cross any roads which was wonderful with children. Our evenings were spent in the pool and the hot tub which was very relaxing. There is an ice cream shop within walking distance from the home which the kids absolutely loved. We can't wait to stay here again, highly recommend!!
