This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers an incredibly close connection to the shoreline, creating a one-of-a-kind setting where the sights, sounds, and energy of the ocean surround you throughout your stay. If your idea of the perfect getaway includes sandy toes, salty breezes, and the soothing sound of waves, Barefoot delivers it all.

The oceanfront Living Area features expansive windows that bring the spectacular scenery indoors, allowing you to enjoy sweeping ocean views from the comfort of the home. Comfortable furnishings and coastal-inspired décor create an inviting space to gather, relax, and take in the ever-changing view. The well-positioned kitchen makes preparing meals easy while keeping the ocean in sight, while the nearby dining area provides the perfect backdrop for everything from casual breakfasts to memorable dinners.

The Main Level includes two Queen Bedrooms, Full Hallway Bathroom. A dedicated laundry area adds another layer of convenience during your stay. Just outside, the wrap-around Deck provides an incredible outdoor setting for enjoying morning coffee, watching the sunrise, listening to the surf, or unwinding beneath the evening sky.

Upstairs, guests will find two additional Queen Bedrooms along with a bonus room furnished with two Twin Beds, providing plenty of flexibility for families and groups. Important Beach Access Information
Please be aware that reaching Barefoot requires crossing a sandy access path. Depending on weather and tidal conditions, the path may contain soft sand or vegetation and can be more difficult to navigate for guests with mobility limitations. It may also require additional effort when carrying luggage, groceries, or other belongings.
The deeded parking easement is located less than 150 feet from the home, adjacent to 217 E Altoona St. S. A private sandy path is generally available along the southwest side of the property to provide convenient access. However, shifting shoreline conditions can occasionally make it necessary to cross a low dune on foot to reach the home.
