Spend your days on the Beach, hang out by the pool, or get together for a game or two in the Rec. Room, this home is a wonderful vacation destination. Located in close proximity to several outstanding restaurants, Jockey's Ridge State Park, shopping, sightseeing, & activities.

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

This was my first time renting a house for a large group. Joe Lamb Jr. made the process extremely simple. All communications and information that I needed we're done through email and everything went as planned. The house itself was beautiful and in a great location to the beach (which is a very short walk), stores and restaurants. Unfortunately it did rain a lot but thankfully with the beautiful pool, hot tub, pool table and fooseball table 8 kids were kept entertained and we all had a great time. The house is very well equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies to plenty of outdoor seating and all were in great condition. The pool was well maintained and we loved having the extra security with the child lock gate outside of the first floor patio area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and providing my family with the perfect vacation.

We covered the crock pot with aluminum foil and that worked. It was a pleasure meeting the home owner! He was kind and very informative!
