"Ocean Aria" is a recently renovated, upscale vacation home on the OCEANFRONT in Nags Head. You will have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from each level of this striking, pet friendly property. You can relax on the oceanfront deck and watch the waves roll in while Dolphin spotting, soak in the salty ocean breezes from the Hot Tub, or head up to Level Three featuring a Game Table, Wet Bar, & TV but again, those views of the Ocean are all you'll need for your entertainment. You’ll be singing the praises of Ocean Aria and want to return year after year! Guests also receive Full Access to the Outer Banks YMCA at No Extra Charge. The houses on either side of Ocean Aria sit further back from the dunes creating a very private back deck experience for your oceanfront retreat. This provides full unimpeded panoramic views up and down the beautiful beach, allowing you to completely soak up the serenity of the beach, the waves, and the ocean sounds.
Many improvements were completed in 2021 including new Layla memory foam mattresses, Renovated Bathrooms & Showers, New TV's, New Furnishings, New Flooring (Luxury Vinyl Plank and Carpeting), Fresh Paint, Upgraded Wifi, Ice Maker, Kitchen Appliances and Gas Grill.
