The property is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. All rooms are a nice size. Nice game room and pool area. It is a short walk to the beach. Overall we were very pleased with the property and dealing with Joe Lamb Jr rental company.

This property was AMAZING! It was VERY clean and we loved having appliances like an air fryer. The open floorplan upstairs was great as we enjoyed playing games and making meals together. Being dog-friendly

Check-in time(4:00 PM) was met as advertised this year. Our check-in time(6:45 PM) last year with another agency was terrible. The beds had fresh sheets and linen already placed onto the beds this year. Last year's agency had us place the sheets and linen onto each bed. The towels and wash cloths were individually wrapped neatly in plastic. Last year's agency had us pull the towels and wash cloths from a large duffel bag. The overall experience was enjoyed by everyone.
