Avery nice beach house. a smaller home than we usually rent. location was great and a short walk to the beach.watched the waves every morning from the deck.

Great property to take a curious toddler. No stairs except outdoors & deck have a gate on the stairs. Awesome oceanfront views. The shed had every beach item you need.

Location, location, location! So wonderful to be so close the the ocean. Not all waterfront houses offer such views and access to the beach. The recent upgrades were appreciated. We'll be back!

The location of the house is perfect! It is right on the ocean, and you can sit on the deck with your cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise. The house is is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home.

The location is amazing! We saw dolphins from the deck nearly every day. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the shed with beach equipment. Plenty of seating in the living room and we loved the deck!

The location of the house was spectacular. The only down fall for us as older adults were the step steps to access the house and bring up all our luggage.
The deck was awesome and the house other than the bedroom closets were spacious enough. Over all the house was great.

Love the whole feel of the house. Nicely decorated. House was adorable and set right on the beach. Very well furnished and decorated. Loved everything about it. Just note there is no ice maker in the refrigerator but that is just a minor inconvenience. Very private and quiet neighborhood.

We could no have asked for a better location. The house fit our needs perfectly! Only other issue was we over packed! We did not expect the house and expecially the kitchen to be as stocked as it was.... even a garlic press! Hats off to all of you! Thank you so much for making our vacation as wonderful as it was!!!

We loved this house! It was updated, modern, and beautiful. The location could not have been any better. The ocean was right there to listen to. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this house. This is the second year in a row we have rented this house. You can't beat the location! You are literally over the dune and on the beach! The owner did a nice job fixing up the outside storage shed, which is filled with brand new beach chairs and boogie boards for guests' use. The outside shower was also redone. My family and I had a very enjoyable week's vacation, and we look forward to possibly returning again next summer.

This house sits so close to the water that in high tide the water goes under the deck. Very cool. The house is well maintained and offers a great beach experience. I don't recommend being there in a storm if you can avoid it but other than that you will sleep like a log listening to the ocean.

This may be THE ONE for us! We've been vacationing for years at OBX, always a different house. This one was near perfect. The five adults said they'd choose this house again. Excellent floor plan, one level, big deck. Good safety features for two toddlers, cheerful with lots of light. Linens provided is a great asset.

The home is beautiful and the location is magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is fabulous, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to stay in a cottage right on the beach. It is our hope to come back to this home again next year.
