House was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated which made our stay there enjoyable. Backyard was one of the nicest on street with plenty of grass area for playtime with kids/grandkids. . Tiki bar was a bonus too for enjoying time poolside. Easy walk to beach.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and storage containers.

Great location and great with three masters and the other two share a bath room between the two rooms. (One of the these two rooms is the kids room so the parents were right there for their children.)

Sunny Side Up has been our favorite beach rental since visiting OBX. The house was amazing, very spacious, clean, comfortable and is in a great location. We loved the pool, back yard area and the sun decks the most!

We've vacationed in the OBX for 40 years and this was definitely one of our favorite houses! The ocean were nice! Pool and hot tub were great! Loves the tiki bar!

This home will not disappoint, it is gorgeous inside and out. The yard is beautiful for all kinds of games, plus the pool and hot tub were great. One of the best homes you could rent.

Thanks for having everything we could possibly need in the kitchen!! And with 3 toddlers it was a relief that there was a locked gate outside of the back door leading to the pool.

This is a lovely home. Very easy beach access. House is roomy and has a nice floorplan. The volleyball net for the pool is really great - our family enjoyed it very much. The yard is also nice and is great for playing games. We liked this house very much.

Great location close to beach, Jockey Ridge, stores, and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice pool and yard to play games. It's obvious the owners personally use the house as the furniture and amenities are good quality.

Great location very need road that leads to beach access. Rec room is great with dual TV(s) and surround sound systems in the basement, and family room. Back yard space is a nice change from other homes I've rented and bed rooms are nice.

The home was very nice. The furniture was comfortable along with the bedding. The pool, hot tub and yard were great. Only suggestion is to provide usage directions for the surround sound systems in the various rooms.

This is a wonderful house in a perfect location. The pool is great and the yard with all the activities is awesome. The tv, speakers, tiki bar, and grill all add to a very well stocked house.
