House is spacious. Really nice that each bedroom has their own private bathroom. Kitchen had most of the needed essentials. Loved the screened in portion of the porch on the 3rd floor.

The property was amazing and well maintained. Pool and hot tub was so relaxing after days at the beach. House was so centrally located to all outer banks attractions. House was big enough even during tropical storm we did not feel cramped. Would defiantly rent again for future memories.

Beautifully appointed spacious home -- the property is VERY clean and well maintained, has a well stocked and up-to-date kitchen, nice grill, hot tub, beach chairs and cart available, and baby equipment such as high chair, pack-n-play crib, etc. which was great for our family. Living area furniture very comfortable and roomy.  we had a great stay.

We have been coming to the outer banks for the past 7 years and renting from joe lamb for 5 of the those years. We have always enjoyed all the houses we have rented in the past. I will say that this year I did receive a lot of feed back from my family that they liked this one out of all the ones in the past witch is good news due to we were only in it for two days due to having to evacuate due to Florence.
