The location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach. The pool size was great. Usually, pools at the beach are on the smaller size. This pool could handle a good many people.

One of the cleanest homes we've stayed in! A few things to keep in mind for your stay that we thought might be helpful; the house does not have a supply of cards, games, puzzles or books. We cooked several nights and could make do with what was in the kitchen. Several houses in the past have had basic items like salt, pepper, olive oil, however KKIV had none so just make sure you bring everything you need. They have 2 coffee pots and one keurig machine. The location to the beach was perfect and pool table was lots of fun!

The house was amazing. It was VERY clean and well maintained! The pool, hot tub, and ocean views were a plus. Plenty of room for everyone with enough bathrooms! Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool table was a huge hit for the family. Also, it was a great location for bike riding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! #familyfun

This is the second time we have stayed at Kelly's Ketch. We really enjoy staying at this property. The house is in a good location, close to the beach as well as local attractions. The house has a number of convenient amenities and it is maintained. The main TV can be difficult to use though and only has basic cable which was a challenge on bad weather days. We do look forward to staying at the property again in the future.

We have been to the Outer Banks multiple times and this was definitely one of our favorite rentals! It had plenty of room for everyone and the elevator was a plus for carrying in our suitcases and groceries. The pool was the nicest we have had with a spacious yard to play games in as well. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table too. It was located directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the Nags Head pier and several restaurants. Overall an excellent property!!

This is the second year we have rented this house. It works very well for our entire family. Great open kitchen, dining area and gathering space. All bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. Great hot tub and pool table. We were there after the pool was open, but it looked very nice. Kitchen was well stocked.

The property is in a great location. Short walk to the beach with the public access ramp. Short walk to a couple great restaurants nearby as well as an ice cream shop. Also can walk to a nearby playground. The house was clean and we loved the elevator for carrying bags and groceries to upper levels. Salt water pool was awesome for our kids!

The house was great! It was very spacious and clean and everyone had their own space. Fantastic location, literally steps away from the ocean access. We sat on the porch every night looking at the ocean and sunset. Also it was a huge bonus having such a big yard with a huge pool. Highly recommend this house!
