Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Covered Entry, Enclosed Outside Shower, Hot Tub, Park Grill, & Steps to Dune w/Sand Path to Beach.

Mid Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, Flat Screen TV, Bedroom w/Queen & TV, Laundry Area, Full Hall Bath w/Tub & Shower, Wrap Around Covered Porch w/Hammock, Rocking Chairs, Deck Furniture, & Steps to Ground Level.

Top Level: 3 Bedrooms ( Private Oceanfront Suite w/King, TV, Ocean Views, & Full Bath w/Tub & Shower, 1 w/Queen & TV, 1 w/2 Bunk Sets) & Full Hall Bath.

Features Include: C/AC & Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 Smart TVs, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, & Deck Furniture. Two Mature Dogs Allowed w/Fees. This is a Non-Smoking Unit.

Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.
