4th time staying there, house ( unit ) clean views location are good for attractions...use to stay in south Nags Head but location works to cover near by towns for Restaurants n OBX land marks

Wonderful home, located super close to any and everything you want for your vacation. Ocean is only visible from master bedroom upstairs, though the deck is fabulous to sit on and hear the ocean.

We have stayed in this unit for about 25 years --- first renting it from its builder and the original owner directly --- now dealing through the 3rd rental agency. It has changed little, but it suits our needs well.

The duplex layout was great for 4 families. 2 on each side. It allowed for plenty of time as a group, but plenty of privacy as well. House was well cleaned prior to our arrival. Very much appreciated during the COVID pandemic.
