Shin Digs provides and open Living/Dining/Kitchen area on the top level and each floor is accessible by the The kitchen is well-equipped and has breakfast bar seating for three. The living area offers a large TV and there is a sun deck overlooking the pool area and covered porch facing west where you can catch some terrific sunsets. This level also features a handicap accessible private suite. The mid-level offers three bedrooms, one is handicap accessible, and two covered porches. On the ground level, there is a den w/TV and wet bar.
Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Carport, Wheelchair Ramped Entry, Den w/TV, Outdoor Speakers w/Bluetooth connectivity, Wet Bar w/Mini-Refrigerator, Half Bath, Elevator, Access to Patio Area w/Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Enclosed Outside Roll-in Shower, and Private Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally. Poolside Hoyer lift can be requested and we ask for at least a one week notice prior to arrival so that we can insure proper setup. Pool lift is a Hoyer Pool Lift Model SS-HSP (see details at https://www.1800wheelchair.com/product/hoyer-classic-pool-lift). Guests assume responsibility for its use. If the lift is rendered non- operational, a replacement cannot be provided.
