SOUTHBOUND was the perfect family OBX stay! You need nothing but your family, and desire to make memories, as this rental provides everything else! Cozy, comfortable, convenient, cool, relaxing, custom home feel, with pristine views and beach access. Lower level amenities, with cool ambient lighting, bathroom, washroom, shower, dining, sunbathing, and awesome pool, and full well manicured lawn for games was a MAJOR plus! The owners were incredibly thoughtful, and my family and I will be forever heartfelt grateful for them! We loved this stay so much, we will book again for next year - I would seriously buy this home if ever came on the market!

the entire house was a perfect fit for a large family. We were able to all be in the living room/kitchen/dining room and enjoy one another’s company. The view to the ocean was fabulous, but the outdoor living area was amazing! We were able to watch TV, eat, swim, and utilize the yard. What a perfect addition! The walk to the beach was just minutes away.
