Beach Nourishment Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

The location of this home is wonderful! Just a few steps to the beach and you can even get a slight ocean view out the living room window. It’s very spacious and we had plenty of room. Beds were comfy and the couch was nice.
