There is a Hot Tub located on the mid-level Oceanfront deck where you can relax after a day spent playing on the Beach. Perfect for any Season, your family will be thrilled w/the peaceful setting of South Nags Head and the extras this home has to offer including the 18 South Community Pool (Shared w/Only 5 Other Homes) Pool Heated in from Mid-April to May, and September to Mid-October (Please Bear in Mind That Pool Temperature is Subject to Outside Temperatures and Conditions), Ample Decking, and walkway to the Beach. This home is within walking distance of the Outer Banks Pier and Fish Heads Bar and Grill and convenient to Oregon Inlet, Manteo and great shopping and dining in Nags Head.

Beach Nourishment

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Stocked kitchen and plenty of common space. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great house, would stay again.

Nice layout. Close to ocean and nice pool. House needs a good cleaning. Ceiling in living room has paint peeling, some lights do not work, house was dirty. Master bath shower was not draining properly and had black mold in the shower. Housekeeping was called and the drain was fixed - that was all.

Our stay was just about perfect. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean and appreciated the heated pool. Beds were comfortable. Note that bath towels are not included in the linen package. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great oceanfront location. Only 8 min to Food Lion. The view of the beach from the top floor is amazing! We did not need the bunk beds located on the bottom floor so we used that space to store our bikes & beach equipment. If someone was sleeping there you would probably disturb them going in & out. There are 2 covered parking spots & 2 uncovered spots. We could not hear any noise from the community pool or the family staying next to us.

All Decked out is a comfortable & well equipped home. The kitchen had everything a cook would need. The bedrooms were large and with comfortable beds. The Hot tub was used daily. The gathering areas were ample for the adults. The puzzle/ craft table was used daily for activities. The decks had plenty of furniture and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises overlooking the Atlantic. The beach access was right outside the door and we easily carted all of the beach equipment to the wide sandy beach. Plenty of parking was also appreciated.
