We especially enjoyed the view of the nature park in the back. The pool area was great for the three young grandchildren. The living/dining area is spacious and very comfortable. We also liked having the feeder road in front of the house which felt much more safe walking young children the short distance to the beach access than walking along a busy street.

My family of 12 ranging from ages 4 . 70 had a wonderful stay. The elevator and private swimming pool were fantastic!!! Loved the hot tub also. The pool service was there on Monday to check chemicals, vacuum and clean. Being a hot tub owner myself, I brought testing strips with me. I checked levels the Saturday we checked in and they were perfect.
The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower,
Thank you for making a vacation during a pandemic feel so safe. The beach wasn't crowded and family groups maintained excellent social distancing. We rarely left the house except to walk across the street to the beach. We brought our food and supplies with us. Made a trip to a close seafood market for shrimp a fresh flounder we got some take out too, no problem Having 3 grandmas with canes, we enjoyed the short drive to a handicap beach access?

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool is extremely clean, gets full sun, and you have a sense of privacy. The outdoor shower area is roomy and has cold AND hot water. On our first day we attempted to use the beach access street directly across the street from the house only to be yelled at by someone. On future days we packed up the truck, drove a couple of blocks south, and parked on beach access road. This worked out fine as plenty of parking directly at steps.
