The house is lovely with plenty of space for our group of fifteen. The location was ideal as we did not want to be in a highly trafficked area, but we still found availability for our shopping needs to be convenient. We all enjoyed the lovely pool area and the hot tub. Access to the beach was ideal!

This is a great property. Accommodated 10 adults and 4 children easily. The rooms are quite spacious. Looks like the new owners have made improvements. Love having two dishwashers and two dining tables ... no overcrowding at dinner time.

Loved the wet bar to keep drinks out of the kitchen/food prep area. We always sit on the upper deck to watch the sunrise and this house has so many tall Adirondack style chairs we all had seats. Was concerned that not all bedrooms had a private bathroom but that was not an issue at all. This is a great home. A Joe Lamb Jr. rental is always great!

This home is absolutely perfect! Very spacious and decorated beautifully. Kitchen very well stocked with extra amenities such as skillets, crockpot, and blenders. Pool was clean and big. Gas line hooked up to outside grill which made lunches easy at poolside. Very well maintained property!

Great location ! The pool deck has a natural gas grill so easy to use and right on the pool deck so can enjoy company while cooking
The ice maker is awesome saved a lot of space in the freezer and money too!!

We have returned to this location repeatedly because it is clean, meets our needs for BR space, and the layout works for our extended family. Pool and hot tub are great, and extra-high deck furniture pleases us. Another major reason is the dining room configuration -- it is important to us to eat together at one long table. With the installation of the new bar, it is not easy to put the tables end-to-end, so we will look for a more conducive place.
