Bright and cheerful decor throughout! On the ground level there is a sitting area w/Hot Tub and direct access to the beach. There are no roads to cross this home is ideal for your family getaway to the OBX. Peacefully sitauted in South Nags Head, the Cozy Cottage provides a relaxing aumbiance that will keep you coming back year after year.

This home is pet freindly with a maximum of two mature, house trained, dogs allowed (pet fees required).

This was the best home we have stayed at in our many years of staying in Nags Head. The home is clean, updated, and comfortable. The deck was enjoyable for when we just wanted to sit with our coffee and enjoy the sun and was a short walk up the driveway to the beach access.

This property was the perfect size for a smaller group, like a single family with a few kids. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bedrooms worked for us. Very nice having a washer and dryer on the first floor and we loved the area under the house. Easy walk to the beach and a very quiet area.

The house is an easy walk to the beach. It's comfortable, and a perfect size for a small family, or a couple or two. The hot tub is an added bonus! This was the third time we stayed at the house, and it's nice to be able to bring the pup along to enjoy the beach!
