This is a great beach home, a short walk to the beach, with an elevator, which is very helpful on the move in/out, and for anyone with mobility issues. I would add that, with the over wash and high tides of Erin, Aug 2025, the water did not affect Moon Shadow or the parking areas of this beach home.

Head to south Nags Head and enjoy the perfect beach house! This house is located right across from beach access. Moon shadow is a lovely, spacious home which features an elevator, 2 king beds, 2 refrigerators and so much more! Conveniently located near the outlets, Fresh Market and local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoy our visit each year.

Moonshadow is a wonderful property, with close and easy access to the beach at James Street. It's also close to outlet shopping, fresh seafood at Whalebones, Food Lion, and many gift shops and restaurants.

Moon Shadow is spacious and well-maintained. This was our second visit to this property and we have greatly enjoyed it each time. The location is perfect: close to the fishing pier but far enough from the pier and town to not be overcrowded. We enjoyed the hot tub; the elevator is a plus when taking luggage and groceries up and down. This is a wonderful property and we'll be back.

During our stay we couldn't help but notice most of the "nicer" rentals are managed by Joe Lamb. Moon Shadow was a great space in a great location for our family of 12. Overall, a great experience for us, we vacation once a year and we're all looking forward to our next adventure.

A lovely beach property. It's well maintained, with lots of space for our extended family. Having the bed linens included is a nice extra, that saves space when packing. The elevator is a godsend for us in the older generation. It makes moving in/out, bringing in groceries, and daily trips to the beach, a breeze.
