Ground Level: Parking for 3 Vehicles, Steps to Entry, Enclosed Outside Shower, Fish Cleaning Station, Charcoal Grill, and Access to Community Shared Walkway to Beach.

Mid Level: 4 Bedrooms (3 w/Queens, TVs; 1 w/2 Bunk Sets), Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower, and Laundry Area.

Top Level: Living Area, TV, DVD; Kitchen Area, Breakfast Bar w/Seating for Three (3); Dining Area w/Seating for Eight (8), Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower, and Oceanfront Sun Deck w/Deck Furniture and Ocean Views.

This property is located in an area that is scheduled to receive beach nourishment beginning in the spring and continuing through the summer of 2026. The purpose of the project is to widen beach areas in the Town of Nags Head.
