Originally from Scotland, Susan moved to the Outer Banks in 2002. She was hired in January 2005 as a reservationist. As the years progressed, Susan has worked in the cleaning and guest services departments and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. She currently manages the Reservations Department, and in the Accounting Department, she handles the many aspects of reservation accounting. Susan’s first priority has always been superior customer service and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and customers.
