We tailor our level of management to your needs. The appearance and comfort of your home is of paramount importance to us. We offer full-service property maintenance and housekeeping, in conjunction with private contractors. Our housekeepers are members of the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP). Here at JLJ we run a preventative maintenance program, quick response times and post tenancy dual purpose inspections. It is our policy to handle any issues promptly and efficiently. We keep our owners up to date on their rental properties through consistent emails and newsletter communication.
We provide every guest with a welcome packet and JLJ branded gift item upon arrival. The packet provided is professional and high quality. The “Guide” materials include proper appliance settings, policies, important safety tips, proper use of hot tubs and pools as well as a comprehensive detailed check-out list. We have an emergency phone line that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week designed to handle any and all maintenance or housekeeping issues. We are in constant communication with your guests from the moment they book your property until after they have checked out. We deliver friendly customer service and have a sophisticated auto-mailing system designed to provide renters with all the information needed for an amazing vacation.
