This home is decorated like a beach house should be, fun and cheerful! The decor and artwork is in place so a Buyer won't need to go shopping to decorate. Check out those beautiful new decks and rails! This deck/rail project was just completed 7/4/26. The Sellers have been pro-active in replacing items to keep everything in good condition. In 2022 all the kitchen appliances were replaced and a new hot tub was installed. In 2023 the water heater was replaced. In 2024 the 2nd floor HVAC and roof shingles were replaced.
